General Refund Policy
- Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of your ticket price within 7-14 business days.
 - Event Postponement: If an event is postponed, your tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.
 - Voluntary Refunds: Refund eligibility for voluntary cancellations depends on the event organizer's specific refund policy, which is displayed during the ticket purchase process.
 
Refund Timeframes
- More than 30 days before event: Eligible for refund (minus service fees)
 - 15-30 days before event: 50% refund (minus service fees)
 - Less than 15 days before event: No refund available (unless event is cancelled)
 
How to Request a Refund
- Log in to your Tiketora account
 - Navigate to "My Tickets" in your dashboard
 - Select the ticket you wish to refund
 - Click "Request Refund" and follow the instructions
 - You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed
 
Non-Refundable Items
- Service fees and processing charges
 - Tickets marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
 - Tickets purchased within 48 hours of the event start time
 - Partially used multi-day or season passes
 
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's processing times.
