Ticket Delivery Policy

Digital Ticket Delivery

Tiketora specializes in digital ticket delivery. All tickets purchased through our platform are delivered electronically - we do not ship physical tickets.

How Digital Tickets Are Delivered

  • Instant Delivery: Upon successful payment, your tickets are immediately available in your Tiketora account.
  • Email Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with your ticket details and a link to view/download your tickets.
  • Mobile Access: Access your tickets anytime through the Tiketora mobile app or website by logging into your account.
  • QR Code: Each ticket includes a unique QR code for easy scanning at the event entrance.

Accessing Your Tickets

  1. Log in to your Tiketora account at tiketora.com
  2. Navigate to "My Tickets" in your dashboard
  3. Select the event you purchased tickets for
  4. View, download, or share your digital tickets

Ticket Formats

Your digital tickets can be:

  • Displayed on your mobile device (recommended)
  • Downloaded as a PDF file
  • Printed at home
  • Added to your mobile wallet (Apple Wallet, Google Pay)

Delivery Timeframe

  • Immediate: Tickets are available instantly after payment confirmation
  • Email: Confirmation email sent within 5 minutes of purchase
  • Delayed Delivery: In rare cases, tickets may be delivered up to 24 hours before the event (this will be clearly stated during purchase)

Didn't Receive Your Tickets?

If you haven't received your tickets within 10 minutes of purchase:

  1. Check your spam/junk email folder
  2. Log in to your Tiketora account to access tickets directly
  3. Verify the email address used during purchase
  4. Contact our support team at info@tiketora.com

Ticket Transfer

You can transfer your digital tickets to friends or family through your Tiketora account. Simply select the ticket and choose "Transfer Ticket" to send it to another email address.

Event Entry

At the event, simply present your digital ticket (on your phone or printed) at the entrance. The QR code will be scanned for verification. Each ticket can only be scanned once for entry.
