At Tiketora, refund eligibility is determined entirely by the event organizer. Not all events offer refunds — before purchasing, please review the organizer's refund terms displayed on the event page. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept the refund policy set by that organizer.
Refunds on Tiketora are opt-in for organizers. This means:
- Refunds available: If the organizer has enabled refunds for their event, you are eligible to submit a refund request directly through the platform up until the deadline set by the organizer.
- Refunds not available: If the organizer has not enabled refunds, tickets are sold as non-refundable and no refund request can be submitted.
- Event cancellation: If an event is cancelled by the organizer, the refund terms are handled directly between you and the organizer. Tiketora facilitates communication but does not process refunds on the organizer's behalf.
Refund requests are submitted directly through your Tiketora account. You can only request a refund if the organizer has enabled this option for the event.
- Log in to your Tiketora account and navigate to My Tickets in your dashboard.
- Find the ticket you wish to refund. If the organizer has enabled refunds, a Request Refund option will be visible on that ticket.
- Click Request Refund, confirm your request, and submit. Your request will be sent directly to the organizer for review.
- The organizer will review and respond to your request. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider.
If you do not see a Request Refund option on your ticket, the organizer has not enabled refunds for that event and no refund can be issued.
